Q1. Paano ang magiging proseso nyan?
A1
  1. Magpa schedule po ng tripping. Usually saturday and sunday po ang tripping day.
  2. As initial magdala po ng 3 colored copy ng inyong company ID, 1 month latest payslip, 2 government IDs (SSS, TIN, Passport, Postal, Drivers License, PRC). Kailangan po ito para malaman kung saang bracket ni Pagibig (HDMF) tayo papasok.
  3. Explain po namin sa site ang price, payment terms, house turnover, ano ang mga available na units at kailan malilipatan ang bahay.
  4. Kapag naging okay po sa inyo ang lahat ng mga initial na gusto ninyong malaman, kailangan nating mag briefing. Dito ay manonood po tayo ng detailed process na mula sa developer.
  5. Kailangan po nating mag fill up ng Reservation Agreement Form.
  6. Muli ipapaliwanag sa atin ang mga susunod na gagawin ng mga Coordinator.
  7. Reservation Payment na po tayo ng P5,000 para officially atin na ang Block and Lot na napili natin.
  8. The following month mag start na po ang ating downpayment na usually po ay babayaran natin ng 15 months.
  9. Pagkatapos o bago dumating ang 15 months ay tatawag sa atin ang developer para mag submit ng mga sumusunod na documents. Ginagawa ito para malaman ni Pagibig kung ano na ang ating sweldo, present company atbp. 
Q2. Paano kung OFW ako. Paano ang proseso?
A2
  1. If OFW po tayo, Kailangan lang po na Pagibig Member tayo, with a minimum of 24 months contribution. Kung wala pang 24 months, pwede rin po tayong mag lumpsum payment at bayaran ang remaining na months para ma complete po natin ang 24 months contribution.
  2. Kailangan po natin ng isang representative dito sa Pilipinas na pipirma at gagawa ng mga transaction. Usually po ito ay ating asawa, kapatid or magulang. Pero pwede rin po ang di natin kamag-anak. Tinatawag po silang (Attorney-in-fact).
  3. As initial ang mga kailangan na documents ay 3 colored copy ng Passport, Job Contract, 2 Government IDs (SSS, TIN, Passport, Postal, Drivers License, PRC). Then follow na po natin ang mga Steps sa Q1. Madadag lang po dito ung Special Power of Attorney Form (SPA Form). Ipapadala po namin ito sa inyo through email. Kailangan po ninyong print ng 3 copies at Fill Up and huwag kalimutan ang signature. After po natin ma fill up, kailangan po natin itong dalhin sa Embassy para po ipa consularized o ung tinatawag na Red Ribbon. Kapag nakuha na natin kailangan po natin itong ipa courier pabalik sa Pilipinas para naman mapirmahan ng kanyang representative o ung tinatawag na Attorney-in-fact. Saka po ito ibibigay sa developer. Kailangan ito ni Pagibig para malaman or proof na dun nga sa bansa na sinabi niya siya nagtatrabaho.

Q3. Paano kung wala akong Pagibig o hindi ako member ni Pagibig pero merong
       kakayahang magbayad?

A3.
  1. Option 1 if currently employed naman po tayo ay kailangan lang magpa member kay pagibig at bayaran lahat yung 24 months na contribution. P200 x 24 = P4,800. Then pwede na po tayong mag apply ng housing loan
  2. Option 2. Pwede po using Inhouse Financing. Medyo mas malaki lang po ang ating magiging monthly amortization since maximum of 10yrs to pay lang po ang terms ng Inhouse. Ang maganda pa po ay kahit remittance slip (3months), Bank Statements (3 months) ay pwede pong gamitin as source of income if wala tayong payslip or wala tayong trabaho.
